Ken was instrumental in helping us navigate the sales process from preparing the home, staging the home, highlighting the key selling points of the home, the timing of the sale and reviewing the pros/cons on all offers received. He's taken the stress and uncertainty off our shoulders with very thorough communication and planning for our sale.
